Cancellation and Refund Policy
We have designed a reasonable cancellation and refund policy to give our clients the highest quality and customer service. We break down the labour into phases while planning each project.
Every project starts with a thorough investigation, assessment, and producing a description of work documentation. It is done to ensure that everyone is fully aware of the work that has to be done and to reduce the risk of project cancellations, turnarounds, or conflicts.
It takes time to finish every stage and each module. Thus work that has already been done cannot be refunded.
The customer retains ownership of all finished work if a project is cancelled amicably, and any payments made for additional work become invalid. There would be no reimbursement for any prior charges or deposits.
Once the customer has given the go-ahead for the mock-up drawings and the project has entered its creation stage, no fees will be reimbursed.
We do not reimburse expenses or deposits for projects that are terminated or lie inactive. However, the customer can cancel with written notice 30 days before the project's start date.
